Frequently asked questions

We offer a standard 1-hour walk, however, should you need more, you can book in for 1-2 hours depending on your dog's needs. We offer a flexible service so however long you wish for your dog’s adventure to be we will aim to accommodate this.

Please note that in hot weather or severe storms walks may be made shorter if it is deemed unsafe for the dogs to be exposed to the conditions for the whole booked time.

The location of your dog’s walk depends on the location of where they live. We group up the dogs depending on their living location and will choose an appropriate location for this area and the weather on that day.

If you have booked a 1-2-1 walk then we will walk near to where you live or your dog’s favourite place. We love to explore new surroundings and will always choose a fun and scenic location for your dog’s adventure.

On very warm days walks will be taken under shade and, or near water to keep the dogs cool.

We do accommodate extra-large breeds but require a discussion before commencement of walks. Dogs with aggressive tendencies will not be accepted, this is for the safety of the other dogs in the group and the safety of the walker. All dogs MUST be healthy, wormed, without fleas and fully vaccinated. If you have a Bitch in season, we are happy to play and entertain within your grounds but they would be unable to participate in a group walk until her season has passed.

We have experience with nervous and anxious dogs and will do our best to ensure that they have a relaxed and pleasant walk. We do recommend that dogs who are nervous have 1-2-1 walks so they feel most at ease and we can maximise their enjoyment of their walk.

We do work Bank Holidays but not all, at present we do not work on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. All other time off we will notify you at the start of the year which bank holidays are available should this be of need for you. However, if you are stuck then do, please, give us a call and we can try and accommodate your needs. Do note that Bank Holiday walks occur an added £4 per walk regardless of type.

We currently run a twilight package for emergency shift workers. This is a unique package designed to assist late and night shift workers with their pet needs. These are limited hours between 8pm – 11pm and limited availability.

No, you do not need to be there unless you want to be. As long as you are happy to provide the walker with a key or access code, then we can go in and collect your dog. All our walkers are DBS for your peace of mind and all keys, access code or security remotes are kept securely.

There are two types of discounts available. We offer a reduced cost for a second dog from the same household. This also applies should you have up to 4 dogs who can all be walked together.

We also offer a multi buy discount, book 3 or more of the same walk type per week and receive 10% off.
